Sangiovese di Romagna 50%, Merlot 40%, Petit Verdot 10%
Pocimato Riserva is a majestic and age-worthy medium red obtained by a very careful selection of the ripest grapes that are harvested separately by hand and then vinified in purity. This is followed by a period of maturation of 12 to 15 months in small oak casks and further extended ageing in bottle
Thick ruby red in colour with garnet red hues. An elegant, perfumed and complex nose offers hints of spices with varietal and balsamic notes. Intense, enveloping and balanced on the palate, though with strong tannin and body

This wine is obtained from carefully hand-picked and selected Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, after a long maceration on the skins

From Grechetto variety grapes grown amongst the sweet and gentle rolling hills of the Trasimeno Lake we obtain this fine, crisp white wine with a remarkable freshness
Bright straw-yellow in colour, on the nose it features the typical floral bouquet of this variety
Full-bodied and dry flavour, with a long-lasting aromatic persistence and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, characteristic of "Greek" varietal wines

Olive groves surround our holiday farm Borgo Casaglia which is set in the hills at a height of 500m. The oil is obtained from local varieties such as Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Dolce Agogia
